At the bustling Rutgers University in New Brunswick, J&J Mechanical tackled the challenging task of replacing the Air Handling Unit (AHU) for the Olympic-sized pool. The project demanded careful planning and execution to maintain the HVAC system and humidity control, which we achieved by deploying temporary units and ductwork. This strategic approach allowed us to carry out the work without interrupting the pool’s operation or the daily activities of the university.

In a further enhancement to the campus, we replaced all kitchenettes across the university’s administrative offices. Our work involved careful coordination to minimize disruption to staff, and we ensured that each office was equipped with modern, efficient facilities. These projects demonstrate our capacity to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions while adhering to the unique requirements and schedules of a large, active educational institution.
