US Veteran Administration – Castle Point Veteran Nursing Home

At the Castle Point Veteran Nursing Home, a facility managed by the U.S. Veteran Administration, J&J Mechanical played a pivotal role in advancing their energy efficiency initiatives. We installed precision metering devices on all chilled water, steam, and gas piping. This strategic upgrade allows for meticulous measurement and control of energy usage, paving the way for significant improvements in the facility’s energy management.

Further enhancing the system’s integration and accessibility, we configured the installation to connect seamlessly with the Building Management System (BMS). This ensures real-time monitoring and effective control, further optimizing energy consumption while contributing to a sustainable, eco-conscious future.
