US Federal Plaza - Immigration Court, NY

At the U.S. Federal Plaza – Immigration Court in New York, J&J Mechanical undertook an extensive project to overhaul the entire ductwork system. This comprehensive task included the Judges’ offices, conference rooms, and staff rooms. We replaced all Variable Air Volume units (VAVs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and integrated new controls. Following the installation, we diligently tested, balanced, and commissioned the system, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
