US Veteran Administration – Military East Orange Medical Center

At the U.S. Veteran Administration’s Military East Orange Medical Center, J&J Mechanical spearheaded extensive renovations without interrupting the hospital’s essential services. This project encompassed the replacement of the main sewer line, with temporary ejectors installed to maintain functionality. To ensure the integrity of the water supply, we updated all backflow preventers, preventing potential cross-contamination.

Further enhancements included the modernization of all bathrooms with water-saving fixtures, and the introduction of a high-efficiency plate heat exchanger, new pumps, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to replace the old storage tanks. We also overhauled all plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler, and control systems with state-of-the-art Delta controls. Following these renovations, we commissioned the system to achieve optimal efficiency, highlighting J&J Mechanical’s commitment to providing top-tier, efficient mechanical solutions for healthcare facilities.
